GUARAUNTEE
We guarantee that all artwork delivered in Australia will arrive in good condition and will refund or replace it at our discretion if it does not.
DELIVERY
We do our best to get your artwork delivered promptly and by any advertised or otherwise agreed target dates but we cannot be held responsible for late deliveries occurring due to factors outside our control.
Back-ordered items are usually printed and sent within 5-10 days. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to arrive as teach print is made to order.
RETURNS
There are no returns or exchanges for the product supplied. If the item arrives damaged, send us a message and photo of the damaged product, we will then discuss options.
SHIPPING
Orders within Australia usually arrive between 7-10 business days for standard shipping and 3-5 business days for express shipping from when the product is sent. Tracking information and an estimated time frame will be provided for your delivery within Australia. Signature is required on delivery.
Deliveries occur during business hours. It is recommended that you use the tracking service to monitor your delivery and ensure that you are available at the delivery address. Missed deliveries will be returned to the carrier’s warehouse and can be collected by you at no additional charge. Re-delivery is your responsibility to organise and you may incur additional charges from the carrier. We are not responsible for artwork left longer than 5 days in a carriers warehouse after a missed delivery.
Insurance – All items are automatically insured with the carrier. You do not pay for this. If by chance something does happen to your product during transit, let us know via the contact us page or sending an email to claudiafranksphotography@gmail.com so we can start to take necessary steps to rectify this issue.
